David Robinson, CEO & Chief Pilot
David is the founder of Elite Pilot Services and an air racer, airline pilot, test pilot, and instructor. David has been an integral figure in the high performance and experimental aircraft categories including roles as Chief Pilot for Epic Aircraft and having personally Flight Tested and performed pilot training for almost every Lancair Evolution flying today.

David lives in Central Oregon with his wife Jill and two kids. He attended the University of Central Missouri, graduating in 2005 with a B.S. in Aviation Technology with a focus as a professional pilot. An ATP Multi-Engine and commercial single-engine, instrument rated pilot, as well as Certified Flight Instructor, Instrument and Multi-Engine; David has been flying since 1999, and has accumulated north of 9,000 hours of flying experience in over 75 types of aircraft from light single, multi-engine, turbo-prop, and jet aircraft. David holds eight jet type ratings, including instructor and pilot qualification in three jet warbirds. L-29, L-39 and the Fouga Jet CM-170.
Nick Weber, Chief Customer Officer
Nick’s journey into aviation has been fueled by childhood dreams and a lifelong passion for the freedom of flight. From his early years building R/C aircraft, where he learned the fundamentals of aviation, to his first GA flight over the Cincinnati skyline in a PA-28, Nick has been driven by a relentless curiosity for everything that flies.
In 2003, Nick graduated from the University of Central Missouri as a Commercial Pilot with a B.S. in Aviation Technology. His career in aviation led him to collaborate with leading brands like Redbird Flight Simulations, gaining unique exposure to general aviation flight training around the world. Later, he transitioned to the role of Regional Sales Manager with PlaneSmart Aviation, specializing in the dry leasing of aircraft in Central Texas. Along the way, Nick’s expertise in aviation has been complemented by his decades of experience in sales, building relationships with leading brands, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Brian Parks, Chief Operations Officer
Brian Parks has decades of experience helping technology companies grow revenues and improve operations including diverse responsibilities managing Direct and Channel Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Talent, Account Management, and Product Development. He’s worked with billion dollar companies and helped others earn their first customer.
Brian likes to ask questions and tell stories and some say he’s good at both. He also likes to build processes, company culture, community and great customer experiences.
Brian has a bachelors degree in Philosophy and Religion from Baylor University and is an advisor to entrepreneurs and start-up organizations.
