Advanced Flight Instruction
Elite Pilot Services specializes in High Performance and Technically Advanced Aircraft flight instruction. Each of our instructors have thousands of hours, both instructing and flying Technically Advanced High Performance aircraft. Each member of our team is a great resource for information and are highly qualified to fulfill a wide array of advanced instruction needs. We provide both VFR and IFR instruction with TAA systems such as the Garmin 1000, 900x & G3X, Chelton Flight Systems, Advanced Flight Systems, OP Technologies, Grand Rapids Technologies, Dynon Avionics, and many more.
Elite Pilot Services is also experienced in teaching Turbine Aircraft systems. This includes, but is not limited to Pressurization and High Altitude physiology, weather, icing and ice related systems, and emergency procedures unique to Turbine Aircraft.
For all levels of instructing, from basic aviation skills to advanced and transition training, we have the knowledge and experience necessary to get you where you want to go in aviation.
First Flight Service
Our service is designed to be responsible for the progress of your newly completed Lancair or Evolution from the time of first engine start to the completion of the Phase One fly-off. The end result is an aircraft which has been proven airworthy and safe through our flight testing program. Our program expands the aircraft’s flight envelope, verifies performance, and allows a discovery process which reveals the aircrafts deficiencies and resolves them.
This process involves your participation and you are kept in the loop during the discovery process to resolve problems that arise and coordinate them with the responsible parties. All of this is documented and summarized in a report provided to you at the end of the program.
Flight Testing
Our process is designed to take a newly built Lancair Evolution from the time of the 1st Flight to project completion. The “completed project” is defined by delivery of an aircraft which is squawk free and ready for training. Our goal is to complete this task during the 40 hour phase one flying required by the FAA to prove the aircraft is airworthy and safe. We have a team of knowledgeable and experienced test-pilots who have an excellent relationship and work closely with the aircraft builder, Lancair, Garmin, TruTrak, and all other manufactures of equipment in the aircraft to ensure all systems are working properly as advertised.
Contract Services
Elite Pilot Services has a team of well qualified and experienced commercial pilots who can ferry a wide array of aircraft. We have experience in ferrying both single and multi-engine, experimental, tail-wheel, high performance, complex, and some type rated aircraft. We provide a variety of professional pilot services on a per contract basis.
